Elizabeth DeMarco

Betty DeMarco was born and raised in New Jersey. First art classes at the Yard School of Art, Montclair. Studied art at Skidmore College, Wyckoff Gallery, Art Center of Northern New Jersey, Visual Arts, the New York Studio School and attended many Master Artist residencies in Florida, Maine, and North Carolina. Co-owned Studio 4 West in Piermont and continues to paint in her studio in Leonia, New Jersey. She shifted from realism to abstract expressionism to better express her life as a woman deeply engaged in the world.
