Sandy Binger

Like many creatives, I found my passion for painting early, studying at the Philadelphia College of Art while still in high school. and continuing on to Kansas City Art Institute and Pratt Institute. The common thread throughout is a love of En Plein Air Painting. Plein Air Painters are completely observation driven. We look, see, feel and then take on the challenge to interpret our observations with brushstrokes. Working outdoors or from life puts you in direct contact with the life force, not just the light and the landscape, but also the vitality of the world around you.
